Product Description:
Rear impact guard assembly for trailers has the primary purpose of absorbing the energy of a rear impact to prevent or reduce injury of the rear vehicle. This structure includes a pair of vertical guards and a tubular horizontal member mounted at their lower ends. The upper ends of the vertical guards are attached to a horizontal beam, which in turn is affixed to longitudinally extending side rails.
