On May 8, 2025, SOHO Tianhong Automotive Group Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Foreign Automobile Co., Ltd. officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the morning, marking the establishment of a long-term and stable partnership between the two parties.
The signing ceremony was attended by Chen Yonggao, Party Secretary and Chairman of Jiangsu Foreign Automobile, and Xu Fei, Party Secretary and Chairman of SOHO Tianhong.
Xu Fei stated that Jiangsu Foreign Automobile is one of the earliest established and largest foreign-related tourism and passenger transport enterprises in Jiangsu Province, with a well-developed service system covering government reception, vehicle leasing, and maintenance. He noted that this cooperation represents a new stage in their relationship. Guided by the principles of resource complementarity, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and coordinated development, SOHO Tianhong will leverage its own strengths to provide comprehensive support and services to Jiangsu Foreign Automobile. He also expressed confidence that deeper collaboration would generate mutual benefits and contribute to regional economic growth.
Chen Yonggao emphasized that SOHO Tianhong is a leading enterprise in China’s automotive distribution industry, supported by a complete industrial chain and strong vehicle service capabilities, giving it significant scale and development advantages. He pointed out that the two companies share a solid foundation and strong business complementarity, offering broad potential for future cooperation. He added that the agreement represents a new starting point for deeper integration, encouraging both sides to integrate resources, expand cooperation areas, improve collaboration quality, and achieve long-term win-win development.
Under the agreement, both parties will engage in in-depth cooperation in areas such as vehicle leasing, sales and maintenance, vehicle appraisal, and asset disposal, jointly promoting high-quality development of the regional automotive industry and supporting industry transformation and upgrading.
